How to sign up and log in to ESPL

For first-time users and returning logins alike

You only sign up once — after that, a login is all you need to use ESPL. This page lays out the overall flow and the points that tend to trip people up.

First time: sign up. After that: log in.

First time

Sign up → start using right away

Start signup from the app's opening screen. Once it's done, you're automatically logged in and ready to go.

Returning

Log in only

Unless you've logged out, the session is usually kept. If you need to log in again, use the account info you registered with at signup.

02 / Signup

The signup flow

The basic flow from opening the app to starting to use it. The specific choices and input fields may differ across versions — please follow the on-screen guidance first.

  1. Open the app

    Launch the ESPL app you downloaded. You'll see an opening screen where you choose “Sign up” or “Log in”.

  2. Pick a signup method

    Follow the on-screen guidance and pick the method that fits your environment from the options shown.

  3. Enter the required info

    Enter the email address and any basic information requested, following the on-screen prompts.

  4. Confirm and finish

    Review what you entered and complete the signup. If a verification email is sent, please verify yourself by tapping the link inside.

03 / Login

Logging in after the first time

The basic flow for returning after a logout or for using the app on a different device.

  1. Open the app

    Launch the app and choose “Log in” on the opening screen.

  2. Log in with your signup info

    Use the email address or account info you registered with during signup.

04 / Common Issues

Points people tend to get stuck on

  • The verification email isn't arriving

    Please check your spam folder.

    Also verify that the email address was typed correctly. Depending on your mail provider, delivery can take a little time.

  • I forgot my password

    Follow the password reset guidance on the login screen.

    If you also don't know which email address was used at signup, please refer to the latest in-app guidance or reach out to support.

  • I switched to a new device

    Install the ESPL app on the new device and log in with the account info you used at signup.

    Carrying steps over and other device-specific checks may vary depending on your environment.

  • I want to use the same account on multiple devices

    Multi-device behavior on the same account can vary by environment and app version.
